We have just started the baby course and we absolutely LOVE it!
Mary is amazing and we have nothing but positive things to say. Our daughter was waking every 45-60 minutes and would be awake for hours (3-5) in between. On average, we were only getting 5-7 hours of total sleep in a 24-hour period.
With making a few minor changes to our routine & schedule as suggested, we have had major progress. Our daughter has slept for a solid 12 house a few times!!!
